We deliver our ice across the whole of the UK.

International orders are possible to arrange, please get in touch to receive a quote.

FREE delivery across the whole of the UK.

Saturday delivery: £10.

Dry Ice

Next Day Delivery: free

Morning Delivery: £5

Delivery time

We currently deliver on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings (8 am - 12 pm), and Saturdays (9 am - 5 pm)

By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that someone will be home to receive the package and store ice in the freezer on a day selected at checkout.

Dry Ice

We deliver dry ice from Tuesday - Saturday. It is not possible to deliver on Sundays and Mondays.

Delivery method

Our ice products are shipped in temperature controlled packaging using a third party courier service. A combination of specialised packaging and dry ice is used to keep your product in perfect condition for 24 hours. 

The cut-off time for placing orders is 12pm:

Orders placed after 12 pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.

Orders placed after 12 pm on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday.

Orders placed after 12 pm on Thursday will be shipped the following week (unless you choose Saturday delivery at checkout).

By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that someone will be home to receive the package and store ice in the freezer.

Your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

Due to the nature of ice products, we do not accept refunds if you miss the delivery, or if the ice melts while left at the safe place or with a neighbour.

Returns

All sales are final.

If your ice doesn’t arrive in a perfect condition, we’ll reship the order at our cost. Please contact us as soon as possible and remember to include some photos or videos.

Cancellation

You can request to cancel your order prior to dispatch of the goods from the factory gate. Please contact us if you'd wish to cancel your order, and we will issue a full refund.
